For over 20 years, we've manufactured the welded sheet-metal structures — enclosures, brackets, boiler bodies — behind Europe's heating, agricultural and construction-equipment brands, for names like CLAAS, Liebherr and KWB. We're now bringing that same capability to electrical cabinets and self-service equipment, starting with automatic checkout counters and parcel lockers.

Your part never leaves one digital system. ERP, WMS, APS and CAD/CAM plan it end to end. The automated warehouse answers in two minutes. Quality is measured by 3D scan, not judged by eye.

1EngineeringYour drawing becomes production documentation before the first sheet is cut — 2D and 3D, adapted to spec, so every station downstream works from the same file.
2Laser cuttingFibre laser, carbon steel, stainless and aluminium, 1–15 mm — cut to drawing tolerance, not shop habit.
3BendingCNC press brakes, 80–130 tons, tooling from R0.6 to R50 mm. Enclosure-grade panels up to 2.5 mm run on a dedicated panel-bending line for series consistency.
4RollingFour-roll machines form cylindrical and curved sections across a wide range of radii — the parts a flat brake can't make.
5WeldingWelding is certified to ISO 3834-2:2021 — robotic where a series needs it repeated without drift, by hand where the part is harder than the robot, and handheld laser where the sheet is thin enough to demand it.
6Shot blastingChamber-type, vertical-track shot blasting strips and profiles every welded surface before it's coated — consistent, not by hand.
7Surface treatmentGalvanizing and KTL via certified partners.
8Powder coatingIn-house.
9Assembly and testMechanical, electronic and functional testing on dedicated lines — the unit leaves tested, not built and hoped for.

    Tooling costed as its own line, so you see what the changeover buys — not a piece price with the setup cost buried inside it.

    We integrate your part into our production system.

    Production documentation, tooling, fixtures, the CAD/CAM programs that drive the cut, the bend, the weld — built once, so every unit after the first runs from the same file. If a process change would cut cost without touching form, fit or function, we flag it here. You decide.

    Validation
    measurement report

    We validate the first article — not just build it.

    The first article is measured against your drawing, with a report attached. It either matches, or it doesn't, and you see which, before a single production run starts.

    Manufacturing
    4 weeks from order

    Series production begins.

    Four weeks from order. Minimum ten pieces. Minimum two hundred a year — the volume that keeps your tooling live and your part on our floor, not idle in a warehouse.

Year three matters more than week one.

Anyone can quote a first batch. Ask what happens in year three.

Same factory. Same tooling. Same jigs, same coating line, same finish. A replacement part in 2029 that still matches the run we shipped you in 2026 — built faster and checked tighter than it was then, without ever being built differently.

We have not changed hands in 22 years, and we do not route your work to somebody else's shop.

We build

  • Series of 200 to 10,000 a year, from batches of ten
  • Sheet from 1 to 15 mm
  • Assemblies up to 2000 × 1000 × 1000 mm and about 250 kg
  • Carbon steel and stainless — about 90% of our work. Aluminium, about 10%
  • Powder coating in-house, any colour and texture
  • Finished, assembled, tested units
