Your Design. Your Brand. Our Steel.
Your drawing goes in. A finished, tested unit comes out, with your badge on the front. Four weeks from order.
Among our references are companies such as Liebherr, CLAAS and KWB.
Construction equipment
Agricultural equipmentFor over 20 years, we've manufactured the welded sheet-metal structures — enclosures, brackets, boiler bodies — behind Europe's heating, agricultural and construction-equipment brands, for names like CLAAS, Liebherr and KWB. We're now bringing that same capability to electrical cabinets and self-service equipment, starting with automatic checkout counters and parcel lockers.

We make the part you do not want to make.
You own the product, the design, the platform and the customer. We own the steel.
Platt builds the enclosure, the frame, the welded carcass, and the complete finish. We cut, bend, weld, coat, assemble, and test under one digital roof — ISO 3834-2 certified and 3D-scanned to drawing. To your spec. In your colour. With your badge on the front.
If a change to the process — not the product — would cut cost without touching form, fit or function, we'll flag it. You decide.
Platt is what you use when you have a product to build and a brand to protect.
Not a workshop with machines — one integrated smart factory.
Your part never leaves one digital system. ERP, WMS, APS and CAD/CAM plan it end to end. The automated warehouse answers in two minutes. Quality is measured by 3D scan, not judged by eye.
Hover a technology to see it running.
| 1 | Engineering | Your drawing becomes production documentation before the first sheet is cut — 2D and 3D, adapted to spec, so every station downstream works from the same file. |
| 2 | Laser cutting | Fibre laser, carbon steel, stainless and aluminium, 1–15 mm — cut to drawing tolerance, not shop habit. |
| 3 | Bending | CNC press brakes, 80–130 tons, tooling from R0.6 to R50 mm. Enclosure-grade panels up to 2.5 mm run on a dedicated panel-bending line for series consistency. |
| 4 | Rolling | Four-roll machines form cylindrical and curved sections across a wide range of radii — the parts a flat brake can't make. |
| 5 | Welding | Welding is certified to ISO 3834-2:2021 — robotic where a series needs it repeated without drift, by hand where the part is harder than the robot, and handheld laser where the sheet is thin enough to demand it. |
| 6 | Shot blasting | Chamber-type, vertical-track shot blasting strips and profiles every welded surface before it's coated — consistent, not by hand. |
| 7 | Surface treatment | Galvanizing and KTL via certified partners. |
| 8 | Powder coating | In-house. |
| 9 | Assembly and test | Mechanical, electronic and functional testing on dedicated lines — the unit leaves tested, not built and hoped for. |
Nine technologies. Zero interfaces. Powder coating is ours; galvanizing and KTL run through certified partners, and we will tell you which is which.
The numbers nobody else will give you.
Every supplier in this category hides lead time and minimum order behind a quote form. Here is ours, before you ask.
From order to delivery. Series production, no special requirement.
Minimum order.
Minimum annual volume to keep your tooling live.
Validated first article, with a measurement report.
Tooling appears as a separate line in every quote. You always see what the changeover costs, and what it buys.
From a drawing to a finished, working product.
A customer sent us a drawing. We cut, bent and welded the body, integrated the supplied electronics, then assembled, tested, packed and shipped the finished unit.
Not a kit. Not a box of parts. A finished product, ready to install.
"We don't sell iron by the kilo — we provide solutions."László Virág, Managing Director

Changing supplier, without the guesswork.
Most of our work starts by replacing someone. Here is exactly how that goes.
- quote1Estimate
You send the drawing. We estimate what it takes to build it.
Tooling costed as its own line, so you see what the changeover buys — not a piece price with the setup cost buried inside it.
- 6–8 weeks2Initial Sample
We integrate your part into our production system.
Production documentation, tooling, fixtures, the CAD/CAM programs that drive the cut, the bend, the weld — built once, so every unit after the first runs from the same file. If a process change would cut cost without touching form, fit or function, we flag it here. You decide.
- measurement report3Validation
We validate the first article — not just build it.
The first article is measured against your drawing, with a report attached. It either matches, or it doesn't, and you see which, before a single production run starts.
- 4 weeks from order4Manufacturing
Series production begins.
Four weeks from order. Minimum ten pieces. Minimum two hundred a year — the volume that keeps your tooling live and your part on our floor, not idle in a warehouse.
Year three matters more than week one.
Anyone can quote a first batch. Ask what happens in year three.
Same factory. Same tooling. Same jigs, same coating line, same finish. A replacement part in 2029 that still matches the run we shipped you in 2026 — built faster and checked tighter than it was then, without ever being built differently.
We have not changed hands in 22 years, and we do not route your work to somebody else's shop.
- Same factory
- Same tooling
- Same jigs
- Same coating line
- Same finish
- Faster cycle time
- Tighter measurement
- More automation
- More welding experience
- Fewer reworks
A quoting platform can't tell you who's actually building your part.Platt can. Same factory, ISO certifications — audit us unannounced.
The supplier your audit expects to find.
ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 3834-2:2021. Documented welding procedures. Traceable materials. 3D-scan measurement. A validated first article with a report attached.

What we build, and what we don't.
We build
- Series of 200 to 10,000 a year, from batches of ten
- Sheet from 1 to 15 mm
- Assemblies up to 2000 × 1000 × 1000 mm and about 250 kg
- Carbon steel and stainless — about 90% of our work. Aluminium, about 10%
- Powder coating in-house, any colour and texture
- Finished, assembled, tested units
- To your drawing.
We don't
- One-offs and prototypes
- Machining and milling — we are not a machine shop
- Plastics
- Structural steel over 250 kg
- On-site construction work
- Product design — your drawing stays yours.
Saying no is part of the service. If your part sits outside our sweet spot, we will tell you in the first call rather than the third month.
Send us a drawing, or book 30 minutes.
Tell us what you build and how many you need a year. We will tell you plainly whether it is our work.
